We only collect what we need to send your renewal alert, and we never sell it.
Renewal alerts
If you sign up for a renewal alert, we keep your email address, the month your contract ends, and your ZIP code if you give it. We use them only to email you before your contract ends (about 60, 30 and 14 days before) with plans for your area, and an occasional rate tip.
We ask you to confirm your email before we send anything. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to have your data deleted.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with electricity companies. Your data is stored with our hosting and email providers only to run the alerts.
